Indian Stone Patio with Circle and Blue Slate, Burnley
On this project the customer wanted to lift the garden area at the rear of their property and give their patio design some shape and something different.
They already had a design in mind and sought our expertise on how it would work best.
For example, they wanted slate either side of the pathway but we advised that it would become difficult when cutting the grass. Instead we suggested the idea of having indian stone sets to encase the slate and give a good edge to mow the lawn to.
We installed Autumn Brown Indian Paving to make the property look brighter and used four different size pavings to break the area up and not look uniformed.
At the end of the pathway we installed a three ring circle for extra seating, which is perfect for catching the suns rays all day.
We also installed acorn drains to the rear of the property to help divert any surface water into the main drain.
What the customer said:
“Can’t praise Clive and sons/nephew for the outstanding job they did in transforming our patio area. They were professional throughout the process, from the design right through to completion. The finished product was exactly as we envisioned, we are so pleased with it and it has transformed our garden. The garden was left clean and tidy each day. I would highly recommend CHW to anyone. Thank you so much.”
